As with all our other policies, these terms and conditions and any other matter connected to ordering on iteam.sa are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Information About Us www.iteam.sa is a website owned and operated by Amaly Team for Events and Occasions, a company based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Using iteam.sa Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, we hereby grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the Site by displaying it on your internet browser only for the purpose of shopping for personal items sold on the Site and not for any commercial use or use on behalf of any third party, except as explicitly permitted by us in advance. Any breach of this Agreement shall result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without notice to you.

Typographical Errors In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Orders from the iteam.sa online store may be paid using a credit card, debit card, or cash on delivery. Your payment data is transmitted securely and is never seen, recorded, or stored by iteam.sa in any way. Payment Policy
- Payment must be made in advance, either in cash, via bank transfer, credit cards, or any other available payment methods at Amaly Team.
- The order will only be confirmed once full payment has been received.
- Cash on delivery service is not available.
- If the customer opts for a bank transfer and the transfer is not made or the transfer receipt is not sent and the amount confirmed in the company's account within 24 hours prior to the order time, Amaly Team reserves the right to cancel the order without further notice to the customer.

Events Outside of Our Control We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under this Agreement that is caused by events outside our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event").
A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission, or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes, in particular (without limitation) the following:
- Strikes, lock-outs, or other industrial action
- Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether war declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
- Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, or other natural disaster
- Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport, or other means of public or private transport
- Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunication networks
- The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions of any government.
We will use our reasonable endeavors to find a solution by which our obligations under the contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
Terms of Sale By confirming that you wish to purchase any item on iteam.sa, you are indicating that you consent and agree with our full user Terms & Conditions, including the following Terms of Sale:

We cannot guarantee that every item displayed on iteam.sa is in fact available at the stated price. We will make every effort to contact our customers if they have agreed to purchase a product and it is not available at the stated price. We will NOT charge you if you do not acknowledge that you agree to continue with the purchase at the revised price if it exceeds the price displayed when you agreed to the sale.

We cannot guarantee that every item displayed on iteam.sa is in stock and available for delivery. We will contact customers who have ordered products that are out of stock and customers will NOT be charged for these items.

We make every effort to provide clear and accurate product details. Where the product is available in various colors or patterns, we cannot guarantee that your preferred color will be delivered unless the product color is stated in the product title. We are not liable for the accuracy or completeness of our product descriptions, photographs, and/or our featured product reviews.

If you realize that the product does not match the stated description, photograph, or reviews once receiving it, your sole remedy is to return it within 7 working days of receiving it, in an unused condition.

Customers agree to the terms of sale, subject to the stated price for all selected items, and complete their order for their selected items by pressing the 'confirm' button at the end of the checkout process.

We will send all customers an acknowledgment email detailing the products that they have ordered. This is not an acceptance of the sale on behalf of iteam.sa.

We will send all customers a confirmation email once their products have been shipped. This confirms that we have accepted to sell the selected items to you at the price specified at checkout unless we have subsequently notified you otherwise.

We will notify you if we do not accept the sale before we dispatch your items. Customers must notify us if they wish to cancel their order before items are dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse a sale at our sole discretion, however, non-acceptance of the sale on behalf of iteam.sa will usually take place for one or more of the following reasons:
- If the product(s) you ordered are out of stock. We will inform you of this by email. You will not be charged for any products that are out of stock. We will inform you once they come back into stock but you must place a new order if you wish to order the item(s) again.
- We were unable to authorize your payment. We will inform you of this by email. Your order may be canceled/saved and you must place your order again if you wish to purchase the item(s) by another method.
- We identify that the product you ordered was priced incorrectly or the description contained incorrect details. We will email you to inform you of this with the revised details and ask you whether you wish to proceed with the order.
- You have breached the user Terms & Conditions. We will inform you of this and your order will be canceled and you will not be charged for it.

We accept no liability for items once they have been dispatched and are in the possession of our shipment partners. Once orders have been dispatched, we consider the sale to have been completed and the risk of loss is passed on to you.

Order Policy
- Order Channels: Orders can only be placed through official channels, including specified branches, WhatsApp, and the online store.
- Order Photography: Amaly Team reserves the right to photograph orders before and after delivery for quality control purposes and retains the right to use these photos in various advertising media. Please review the privacy policy on Amaly Team's website via the [privacy policy link].
- Order Cancellation or Postponement: Order cancellation or postponement must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. If this period is not adhered to, the customer will not be entitled to exchange, cancel, postpone, or receive a refund for the order as it will have entered the execution phase, and the customer will bear full responsibility for this.
- Payment via Bank Transfer: If the customer opts for a bank transfer and the transfer is not made or the transfer receipt is not sent and the amount confirmed in the company's account within 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time, Amaly Team reserves the right to cancel the order without further notice to the customer.
Acknowledgment: By receiving the electronic invoice or work order personally, through a representative, by email, or via WhatsApp, the customer is deemed to have read and fully understood the preceding instructions, agreed to them, and acknowledged that the order details and delivery time are as agreed.
Balloon Usage and Safety Guidelines
- Sensitivity to Temperature: Balloons are very sensitive to temperature changes. Helium gas expands in heat, which can cause the balloon to burst. Conversely, balloons shrink in cold temperatures, making them appear deflated. Therefore, it is advised to keep balloons away from cold air sources, especially foil balloons.
- Environmental Effects: Balloons rapidly deteriorate in outdoor environments due to exposure to weather conditions. It is therefore recommended to use balloons indoors to maintain their quality for a longer period.
- Sudden Friction: Any sudden friction with the balloon can cause immediate damage. It is advised to handle balloons with care to avoid any harm.
- Safety and Supervision: Adults should supervise the use of balloons, and any damaged balloons or long ribbons should be disposed of immediately, as they may pose a choking hazard to children.
- Helium Safety: Helium-filled balloons should not be released outdoors, and foil balloons should be kept away from power sources to avoid potential risks.
Law and Jurisdiction Contracts for the purchase of products through the site will be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
