This page (together with the documents referred to on it) contains the full terms and conditions that apply to your visit, joining, purchasing and all other activities you may undertake on iteam.sa (referred to here as “we”, “us”, “our”, “website” or “site”), which is for Emly Team, and governs the relationship between us and you (referred to here as “you”, “user” or “member”).

By using the Site, even if you are browsing and not registered, you acknowledge your acceptance and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, so please read them very carefully. As with all of our other policies, these Terms and Conditions and any other matter related to the order through iteam.sa are subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This Agreement may be modified by us from time to time without notice. The Agreement posted on the Site reflects the most current Agreement in effect.

Using iteam.sa
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, we hereby grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the Site by displaying it on your Internet browser only for the purpose of shopping for personal items sold on the Site and not for any commercial use or use on behalf of any third party, except as expressly permitted by us in advance. Any breach of this Agreement shall result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without notice to you.

Except as expressly permitted in the paragraph above, you may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise exploit this Site or any portion of it, unless expressly permitted by us in writing. You may not make any commercial use of any of the information provided on the Site or use any Site for the benefit of another business unless expressly permitted by us in advance. Typographical errors
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, pricing error, or product information from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount of the charge.

Payment and Credit Card Information
iteam.sa uses the tap.company/ar-sa payment gateway to provide the highest level of security for payments processed through our store, ensuring your security by encrypting the connection with the latest technology, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to secure transactions when transferring sensitive banking information over the network, and by protecting your financial data throughout the order and payment process.

Please note that if the Security Department suspects fraud, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction for security reasons. In most cases, you will be notified of authorization or fraud issues, should they occur, before completing the withdrawal.
Orders from iteam.sa online store may be paid for using credit card, debit card or cash on delivery. Your payment data is transmitted securely and cannot be seen, recorded or stored by iteam.sa in any way. Furthermore, we are constantly working to protect your privacy, ensure strong security, and make iteam.sa more useful and efficient for our users.

Payment Policy:
Payment is made in advance, either in cash, by bank transfer, credit cards, or any of the payment methods available at “Emly Team”.
- The request will not be approved until the full amount of the request has been paid.
- Cash on delivery service is not available.
- If the customer chooses a bank transfer and the transfer is not completed or the transfer receipt is not sent and the amount is confirmed to have entered the company’s account within 24 hours before the order date, Amly Team has the right to cancel the order without referring to the customer.

Events beyond our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of any of our obligations under this Agreement due to events beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).

A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-occurrence, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (but is not limited to) the following:

- Strike, lockout or other industrial action

civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether war is declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.

Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster

Impossibility of using railways, shipping, aircraft, automobile transport or other means of public or private transport

Impossibility of using public or private communications networks

The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.

We will use our reasonable endeavours to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract can be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

Terms of Sale
By confirming your desire to purchase any item on iteam.sa, you indicate that you agree to and accept the full User Terms and Conditions, including the following Terms of Sale:

We cannot guarantee that every item listed on iteam.sa is actually available at the advertised price. We will make every effort to contact our customers if they agree to purchase an item and it is not available at the stated price. We will not charge you any fees if you do not acknowledge your agreement to proceed with the purchase at the revised price if it exceeds the price displayed when you agree to sell.
We cannot guarantee that every item listed on iteam.sa is in stock and available for delivery. We will contact customers who have ordered items that are out of stock and will not charge customers for those items.
We do our best to provide clear and accurate product details. Where a product is available in different colors or styles, we cannot guarantee that your preferred color will be delivered unless the product color is stated in the product title. We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of our product descriptions, product images and/or reviews of our featured products.
If you realize that the product does not match the description, photograph or reviews stated upon receipt, your sole remedy is to return it within 7 business days of receipt, in unused condition.
Customers agree to the terms of sale, subject to the specified price for all selected items, and complete their order for the selected items by pressing the “Confirm” button at the end of the checkout process.
We will send all customers an acknowledgement email detailing the products they have ordered. This is not an acceptance of a sale on behalf of iteam.sa.
We will send all customers a confirmation email once their items have shipped. This confirms our acceptance of the sale of the selected items to you at the price specified at checkout unless we subsequently notify you otherwise.
We will notify you if we do not accept a sale before we dispatch your items. Customers must notify us if they wish to cancel their order before items are dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse a sale at our sole discretion, however, non-acceptance of a sale on behalf of iteam.sa will usually occur for one or more of the following reasons:
If the product(s) you have ordered are out of stock. We will notify you of this by email. You will not be charged for any products that are out of stock. We will notify you once they are back in stock but you must place a new order if you wish to order the item(s) again.

We were unable to authorize your payment. We will notify you of this by email. Your order may be cancelled/saved and you will have to place your order again if you wish to purchase the item(s) in another way.

We determine that the product you ordered was incorrectly priced or the description contains incorrect details. We will send you an email to inform you of the revised details and ask if you would like to proceed with the order.

You have violated our Terms and Conditions of Use. We will notify you and your order will be cancelled and you will not be charged for this.

We are not responsible for any delays in the specified delivery times and cannot guarantee how long it will take to process your payment.

We do not accept any responsibility for items once they have been dispatched and are in the possession of our shipping partners. Once orders are dispatched, we consider the sale to be completed and the risk of loss passes to you.
These Terms of Sale are subject to change at any time and are effective at the time of the specific sale.

Order Policy
Order Channels: Orders can only be placed through official channels, including designated branches, WhatsApp, and online store.

Photographing the order: The "Amly Team" team has the right to photograph the order before and after delivery for quality control purposes, and the team reserves the right to use these images in various advertising media. Cancellation or postponement of the order: The order must be cancelled or postponed at least 24 hours before the delivery date. If this period is not adhered to, the customer has no right to exchange, cancel, postpone or refund the value of the order, as the order has entered the implementation phase, and the customer bears full responsibility for that.
- If the customer chooses a bank transfer and the transfer is not completed or the transfer receipt is not sent and the amount is confirmed to have entered the company’s account within 24 hours before the order date, Amly Team has the right to cancel the order without referring to the customer.

Acknowledgement:
Upon receipt by the customer of the electronic invoice or worksheet in person, through his representative, or via email or WhatsApp, he shall have read the previous instructions carefully and agreed to them and acknowledged that the order data and delivery date are exactly as agreed upon.

Balloon Safety and Usage Instructions
Balloon sensitivity to temperature: Balloons are very sensitive to temperature changes. Helium expands in heat, which can damage the balloon. Conversely, balloons shrink in cold temperatures, making them appear deflated. Therefore, it is advisable to keep balloons away from sources of cold air, especially foil balloons.

Effect of external environment: The properties of the balloon change quickly in outdoor places due to the effect of the surrounding weather conditions. Therefore, it is preferable to use balloons indoors to maintain their quality for a longer period.

Sudden friction: Any sudden friction with the balloon may cause it to be damaged immediately. Therefore, it is advisable to handle balloons with caution to avoid any damage.

Safety and Supervision: Adult supervision is required when using balloons. Damaged balloons and long ribbons should be disposed of immediately, as they may pose a choking hazard to children.

Helium Safety: Helium balloons should not be released outdoors, and foil balloons should not be exposed to electrical sources to avoid any potential hazards.

Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts for the purchase of the Product(s) through the Site are governed by the law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
