Delivery and Order Handling Policy

1. Delivery Terms
- We offer delivery services exclusively within Riyadh City.
- Orders are delivered within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery is made to the address specified in the order, which must be accurate and clear to avoid any delays.
2. Delivery Time
- Orders are delivered 2-3 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
- It is recommended that the customer or their representative is present to receive the order to ensure it is delivered as intended.
3. Order Cancellation
- Customers can cancel orders at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
- Orders that have already been prepared or include customized items cannot be canceled.
4. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Products
- Custom-made products (e.g., balloons with specific designs or personalized decorations) cannot be returned or refunded.
- Helium-filled balloons are non-returnable or refundable due to their nature and sensitivity to environmental factors.
5. Order Receipt
- Once the customer or their representative receives the order, it is considered an acknowledgment that the product has been received in good condition and meets specifications.
- If there are any issues with the product, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
6. Decoration Rental Service
- Decorations and similar items are provided as a rental service for one day only.
- Rented items must be returned the day after delivery.
- Customers are responsible for maintaining the condition of the rented items throughout the rental period.
7. Handling Damage or Loss
- In case of damage or loss to rented items, the extent of damage will be assessed by our specialized team.
- Customers must pay for any damages within five business days of notification.
8. Special Instructions for Helium-Filled Balloons
- Helium-filled balloons are sensitive to extreme temperatures.
- Balloons should be kept away from heat or excessive cold.
- After use, balloons should be safely disposed of and kept out of children’s reach to avoid potential risks.
9. Order Tracking
- When placing an order with us, you will receive regular updates on your order status via email.
- All relevant order details, including tracking information and a specific URL for delivery tracking, will be sent to your email.
- Please check your email regularly to stay updated on your order status.
