Delivery fees: Delivery is an additional service paid by the customer and its fees are determined by the store.
Delivery Areas: Delivery option is available in Riyadh only, where the customer can choose the balloons packed and ready or unpacked according to his preference.
Delivery time: Delivery takes place within 24 hours from the time of order, and sometimes delivery may take up to 48 hours maximum.
Delivery Date: Delivery will be made according to the customer's convenient time, taking into account the priority of booking. In the event that a previously booked date is chosen for another customer, the customer will be contacted through the customer service number to determine the closest convenient date.
