Delivery and order handling policy

In order to provide the best customer experience, we present to you our store's delivery policy to clarify all the details related to the delivery service and order management:

1. Delivery Terms
We provide delivery service within Riyadh city only.
Orders are delivered within one to two business days after order confirmation.
- Delivery is made to the address specified in advance in the order, and the address must be clear and correct to avoid any delay.

2. Delivery time
- Orders are delivered two to three hours before the scheduled delivery time.
- It is preferable that the customer or his representative be present to receive the order to ensure that it is delivered in the required manner.

3. Cancellation of orders
- Customers can cancel orders at least 48 hours before the delivery date.
- Orders that have already been prepared or that contain customized products based on the customer's request cannot be cancelled.

4. Non-returnable or non-refundable products
- Customized products (such as balloons with a specific design or special decorations) are not refundable or returnable.
- Helium filled balloons cannot be returned or refunded due to their nature and exposure to weather conditions.

5. Receiving the order
- Once the customer or his representative receives the order, this is considered an acknowledgment that the product has been received in good condition and conforming to specifications.
- If you have any comments on the product, please contact us immediately upon receipt.

6. Decoration rental service
- Decorations and the like are considered a one-day rental service only.
- Rented products are refunded the next day of delivery.
- The customer must ensure that the products are kept in good condition throughout the period of use.

7. Dealing with damage or loss
In the event that the rented products are damaged or lost, the damage will be estimated by our specialized department.
The customer is obligated to pay the value of the damages within a period not exceeding five working days from the date of notification.

8. Instructions for Helium Balloons
- Helium filled balloons are susceptible to high or low temperatures.
- Balloons should be kept away from sources of excessive heat or cold.
- It is recommended to dispose of balloons carefully after use and keep them away from children to avoid any risks.

9. Track orders
- When you place your order through our store, you will receive regular updates on the status of your order via email.
- All relevant information about the order is sent, including tracking details and a custom URL to track the delivery.
- Please check your email for your order status and full details.
