Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
We at Amli Team are committed to providing the best shopping experience for our customers. We believe that a transparent and flexible return and exchange policy is an essential part of this experience.
General Terms:
Right of return: The customer has the right to return the product within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order, provided that the product is in its original condition and unused, with all labels and original packaging preserved.
Exceptions: Personalized products or perishable products such as balloons and fresh flowers cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Return Procedures:

Recharge:
The customer bears the shipping costs of the returned product, unless there is a defect in the product.
Product Check:
The product will be inspected upon receipt to ensure that it meets the return conditions.
Refund: The product value will be refunded to the original payment method within 3 to 14 business days after the return is approved.
Defective products:
Repair or Replacement: If the product is defective, we will repair it or replace it with a similar product.
Shipping Costs: We will bear the cost of shipping the new product or repairing the defective product.
Cancel order:
Before Shipping: Order can be cancelled before shipping without any charge.
After Shipping: The order can be returned after shipping according to the general return policy.
Exchange Policy:
Substitution with a similar product: The product may be substituted with another similar product of equal or greater value.
Price Difference: If the price of the new product is different, the difference will be paid or the excess amount will be refunded.
Restocking Fee:
Non-Defective Products: A 15% restocking fee may apply to products returned in good condition but not meeting return criteria.
Defective Products: There is no restocking fee for defective products.
Refunds and Credits:
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same form as the original payment method at the time of purchase. In the event of an exchange, a credit will be applied to your account.

Keep the invoice: The invoice must be kept as proof of purchase.
